Fantasy Film=Big Budget

There are not enough fantasy movies, and a good deal of the ones that do exist aren't very good. I think this is because fantasy movies generally require a large budget to really properly encapsulate the genre. It would be interesting to try and create a fantasy film with little to no budget and see if you could make it even marginally watchable.
