The rules for making a new character are simple. The player has 8 points to divide into attributes any way they chose. The player then has 5, 6 and 8 to spend in the general skills categories. If you chose to spend 8 points in the "Physical" section, then you can only spend 5 or six in the "Mental" section or the "Social" section. This allows for a more specialized character. Beginning characters also have 2 points to spend in their Class Skills section. They can reference the character guides for more information on Class Skills.
